Technical assistance in developing and facilitating "excellence" efforts; development of self-study options for re-accreditation; competency-based course and curriculum development; newly developed model for student learning outcomes assessment; advising and retention systems development; preparatory programs and learning center designs; evaluation designs for programs, instruction, and personnel performance; model approach to teaching improvement and professional development; and entrepreneurial model for continuing education programs.

Marketing and Enrollment Development
Development of marketing plans, including enrollment management component for colleges, using distributive participation structure; methodology focuses on market segment analysis and objectives leading to strategies for publications, advertising, personal contact, and sponsored events; unique component on micro-marketing development.

Budgeting and Finance
Development of budget system linked to planning, programming, and performance assessment; unique component on contingency planning; cost accounting; model for profit center structure; and program for unit planning and assessment.

Work Process Re-engineering
Formation of work group teams (e.g. registrar’s office, bursar’s office, personnel office) to identify and document work procedures through developing work process flow charts in order to improve and streamline work practices.

Seminars and Workshops
One or two-day sessions are scheduled periodically at central locations in the northeast and southeast U.S. Topics include such areas as strategic planning, technology planning, managerial development, and self-study preparation.
